Welcome to Roseacres!

My name is Mrs. Vicky Childs, and I am proud to be the Headteacher of Roseacres Primary School. Roseacres opened in September 2015 with just 33 children and has since grown to serve our local community with pride and purpose and the school is now a one form entry primary school from EYFS to year 6.

 

Our school is also part of a collaborative partnership. We are one of three schools - Takeley Primary, Hatfield Heath Primary, and Roseacres - that together form a multi-academy trust (MAT) known as The Learning Partnership Trust (TLPT). Our shared aim is to develop and share best practices across our schools, providing an outstanding education for all our children through our vision of ‘Learning without Limits’.

 

The Learning Partnership Trust’s vision is to create a nurturing, collaborative network of schools that stands as a beacon of excellence, inclusivity, and equity—empowering staff, engaging families, and inspiring every learner to achieve their full potential. Our mission is to build an inclusive community where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported to thrive. Guided by The Learning Partnership Trust's core values - Integrity, Unity, and Empowerment - we place children at the heart of every decision, foster strong partnerships, and champion fairness and belonging across our Trust.

 

At Roseacres, we pride ourselves on our family-oriented environment, where children are truly at the heart of everything we do. We want our children and families to feel welcome and part of a caring community. We want the very best for our pupils—to help them grow into kind, responsible citizens who are inspired to learn and eager to make a difference in both our community and the wider world, aspiring to be the best they can be.

 

We believe that this journey is not one we can take alone. In partnership with parents and extended networks, we encourage every child to embrace opportunities, learn from mistakes, and keep striving to do their best.
